Park Run is a 5k community event that takes place every Saturday morning at 9.30 am.
It is free, fun and open to all fitness levels. You can walk, jog, or run - it's all about getting active and enjoying the outdoors.
In Tipperary we have 5 Park Runs:
- Borrisokane Town Park
- Clonmel
- Fethard Town Park
- Knockanacree Woods, Cloughjordan
- Templemore Town Park
Junior parkrun is a 2k dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families and takes place every Sunday morning at 9.30.
In Tipperary we have one Junior Park Run at Fethard Town Park.
